I saw yo...Funk Robert, I have some serious problem. I saw you movies and things at your blog. I am training muay thai but I have a problem with gaining muscles. You know, I am trying to add 2 more days of strenght training every week (3 times a week MT + 2 times a week strenght workout). Muay thai is pulling everything from me, I am athletic but I would rather have more muscles to gain more power of punches and kicking... I lost my faith. I definitely believe in kick boxing. I am fr...Yeah! I definitely believe in kick boxing. I am from Singapore and the sport is really kicking butt here.
