VISUALIZE AND GET YOU IDEAL BODY

Think the power of thought isn’t powerful enough to create a great physique? Think again. Envision every day how you want to look. Never lose sight of that mental image. As you work out, imagine specific bodypart on that ideal body and picture how they might look while straining with barbell or kettlebell. The more vividly you can visualize your ideal physique, the closer you’ll come to achieving it.

    I watched this "how to build muscle fast video here and I basically imagined myself as me putting my face in that box that's in the video and guess what...

    I got the body I wanted but granted...

    I didnt look exactly like the guy in the video but I look a whole lot better now.

    Just visualize like mr. roberts says - it works!
