I am currently in my Fitness Lab concocting up a delicious Strength and Muscular Workout Program that will be launched later this year. It’s going to be program for those people that want to gain serious size, strength and muscle. But I wanted give you a chance to sample a little of what this program will be all about...I can’t really talk anymore about it, but let the workout below give you an idea

Funk S&M Workout – Chest, Biceps and Triceps
Supersets - 10,8,6,4 reps with 20 sec rest in between sets
A1 Flat Dumbbell Press (Heavy)
A2 Dive Bombers
B1 Standing Biceps Curl (Heavy)
B2 Kettlebell Bottoms Up or Hammer Curls
C1 Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extensions (Heavy)
C2 Close Grip Pushups
I‘m not sure how many of you are vegetarians, but if you are, you might already know that walnuts are one of the few plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 essential fatty acid responsible for burning fat.
While many of us get enough omega-3 fatty acids from eating salmon and tuna, walnuts are extremely convenient. This healthy snack full of protein and healthy fats is one of my favourite snacks; in fact, I’m eating some as I write this article. So pick some up the next time you are at the grocery store and use these as one of your between meal snack.
