ODE TO EXERCISE
No matter my race, my colour, or language
You take me as I am and
Make me better
Gradually you can change me
Inside and out
You ask for a minimal investment
And return much more value than money itself
You make me care about
What I do and how I feel
I function better
I feel better
I have less chance of illness
Stronger than any drug
You are my NATURAL high
That
I miss if I do not participate in you
In life
If I were a doctor you would be included in
Every prescription
You challenge all of us
You are contagious
