HEALTHY COUNT FUNKULA BREAKFAST VIDEO

COUNT CHOCULA IS BACK - FUNK STYLE!!!!





 Healthy Count Funkula Breakfast

The most important meal of the day is breakfast. Eating in the morning sets you up for a powerful day, both physically and mentally. Breakfast also revs up your metabolism to start your fat burning process.

I remember when I was a kid I used to eat Count Chocula Cereal and loved it. But alas all that disgusting sugar and crap would kill me now.

So I have created a healthy alternative - Funk’s Healthy Count Chocula Breakfast

This is an easy to make healthy breakfast for men, women, children and my all-time favourite 7:00AM breakfast. It takes 3 minutes to make - Makes one serving
  • Bowl of plain oatmeal, 1 packet plain oatmeal (make your oatmeal with extra water for the protein powder)
  • 1 scoop of Milky Whey Chocolate protein powder - ½ scoop for children
  • Assorted chopped fruits blueberries, strawberries, banana, blackberries, kiwi, apple - you can put as much or as little fruit you want and be creative
Mix it up and serve warm.



Healthy Funk Berry Breakfast
This is an easy to make healthy breakfast for men, women, children and my all-time favourite 7:00AM breakfast. It takes 3 minutes to make - Makes one serving

  • Bowl of plain oatmeal, 1 packet plain oatmeal with extra water (for protein)
  • 1 scoop of Milky Whey Strawberry protein powder - ½ scoop of children
  • Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries - any berry
 Mix it up and serve warm.

Protein powder is fine for kids, assuming no allergies. You may want to use half a scoop for those under 10-11 years old.
