When you say 40-50 lbs for the dumbbell squat and press. Do you mean cumulatively or 2 X 40 lbs dumbbells?

ReplyDeleteYou want to use weight that you can manage the exercise with good form. I was just mentioning that I used 50lbs per arm and this what i suggest. But you want to work up to this. Start lighter and than work up to this weight
