  1. This looks like a pretty good abdominal routine! However, I would be more interested in your diet program and how you got so ripped. I believe that most people can get great results with basic movements like crunches and leg raises and forget to pay attention to diet. Without a low body fat percentage it is hard to develop a six pack.
